Introduction to dream analysis
We are pleased to announce our introduction to dream analysis workshop “Mind Your Dreams” on Saturday, (to be announced). The aim of this workshop is to enhance your understanding of dreams and their significance in your life.
Dreaming is a natural and universal experience. Dreams are a gateway to a source of guidance, healing and creativity beyond the reach of the everyday mind. People of all cultures enter into dream state when they sleep. How we regard the dream, however, varies from culture to culture and from person to person.
Unfortunately most of us remain blissfully unaware of our dreams - we fail to remember them. Even if we do remember a dream it is typically dismissed as meaningless and unimportant.
Apart from healing, dreams also seemed to be encouraging and actively participating in the growth and development of the personality. However, we need to learn how to translate dreams into understandable messages and how to use that knowledge for our personal growth.
Who is the workshop aimed at?
The introductory workshop is designed for individuals who wish to deepen their understanding of dreams for personal growth.
Who will deliver the workshop?
