Therapy, counselling or coaching sessions undertaken at the Mind Your Life Pte Ltd are strictly private and confidential. No individuals other than those directly involved in the therapy, counselling or coaching process will have access to case notes or any other relevant information without the express, written consent of the client concerned. Where information is presented in the course of professional consultation(s) and/or peer supervision sessions, the consulting therapist, counsellor or coach has the responsibility to ensure that no identifying data is revealed. Confidentiality may be broken in the event that the consulting therapist, counsellor or coach feels that a client’s safety, or another individual’s safety is at stake. In such situations, relevant measures will be taken in order to ensure that safety is maintained.
